Software Quality Assurance Tester Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive testing of software applications to ensure accuracy, consistency, and performance
  • Develop, document, and execute detailed test cases

  • Identify, log, and track defects, and work with development teams for timely resolution
  • Ensure adherence to software quality standards throughout the development lifecycle
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders regarding test progress, results, and risks

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a QA Tester with a focus on software testing
  • Strong experience in automated testing and writing detailed test cases
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies is a strong plus
  • Experience with bug tracking and test management tools
