Enterprise Architect for Microsoft Dynamics 365

We are seeking a seasoned expert to lead the design and implementation of scalable enterprise-grade solutions utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom D365 F&O solutions tailored to meet business objectives, focusing on finance, supply chain, manufacturing, HR, and payroll systems.
  • Provide hands-on leadership across Finance, SCM, Manufacturing, Procurement, Accounting, and HR modules, ensuring seamless integration and efficient data migration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable system designs, leveraging Azure (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, Data Lake) for cloud-based solutions.

Accounting & Payroll Integration:

  • Implement and optimize modules for automatic bank feeds, invoicing, accounts payable, expense claims, and fixed asset depreciation, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Enable workflows for purchase orders, bank reconciliations, and business/management reporting, utilizing Power Automate for streamlined processes.
  • Integrate payroll services, time & attendance systems, and HR insights into the ERP landscape for unified workforce management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of D365 F&O architecture, AX 2012, and deployment practices, including X++, Data Entities, SSRS, OData, and Lifecycle Services (LCS).
  • Expertise in Azure DevOps, CI/CD, version control, and automated deployment, as well as proficiency in integration tools like KingswaySoft, Scribe, and .NET-based middleware.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform and extending ERP functionality via Power Apps, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Strong business process understanding across finance, accounting, supply chain, HR, and payroll, enabling effective communication and leadership skills.
