We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of BIM Manager (Mechanical).

This is a fully remote position ideal for candidates able to work from home.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing BIM coordination for mechanical systems in construction projects, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows and data integration, and utilizing Revit, Fabrication CAD MEP, Evolve/Sysque tools throughout project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage BIM models for mechanical systems in construction projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and implement effective workflows and data management strategies.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot MEP systems to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience working with Revit for MEP projects.
  • Strong expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems coordination.
  • Ability to model Mechanical rooms to fabrication level detail from schematics.
  • Proficiency with Fabrication CAD MEP and Evolve/Sysque tools.
  • Knowledgeable in pipe and duct fabrication and construction standards.
  • Proven ability to handle projects independently and work collaboratively within teams.
