BIM Modeller MEP

Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced BIM Modeller to develop detailed models from drawings, sketches, and calculations for MEP services in construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create Revit models and documentation for MEP services from schematic design through construction phases for architecture and interior design schemes.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and project managers to understand design intent and project requirements.
  • Utilize BIM authoring tools to provide technical support to the project team.
  • Coordinate models across disciplines and ensure they comply with established standards and goals.
  • Develop discipline-specific BIM system families for projects.
  • Generate accurate floor plans, sections, details, schedules, and quantity take-offs.
  • Evaluate and resolve model issues in coordination with the design team.
  • Maintain organized Revit project files, libraries, and standards.
  • Review shop drawings and submittals for compliance with contract documents.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Fresher to 8 years of experience as a Revit Modeller with a strong portfolio demonstrating experience in modelling MEP services.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to lead issue resolution.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction documents, detailing, and building materials.
  • Familiarity with relevant building codes and standards.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
