Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Specialist. This role involves demonstrating ERP systems to prospective clients, analyzing customer requirements, and defining detailed documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate ERP systems to prospective clients and conduct presentations to showcase the capabilities of the software.
  • Analyze customer requirements and define detailed documentation to develop proposed solutions or approaches.
  • Contribute to solution approach methodologies and frameworks for use in the projects.
  • Ensure solutions are aligned with product strategies and identify opportunities, challenges, and migration roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with off-shore technical and support teams to meet project deliverable timelines and quality requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience and knowledge of at least two domains: ERP for Project Management, ERP for Manufacturing Industries, Hospital Management System.
  • Strategic planning, business analysis, market research, gap analysis, wire-framing.
  • Document design and review: BRD, FRD, SRS, SOW, project estimation sheet.
  • Modeling tools: Microsoft Visio for business process modeling, flow charts, use case diagrams.
  • Wire framing, prototyping, ER diagrams, UML diagrams.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, good documentation capabilities, excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to understand complex business requirements, map them to existing ERP features, identify gaps, propose solutions.
  • Experience in conducting key user workshops, training, SOP creation, UATs, go-lives.
