Technical Specialist Role

We are seeking a seasoned technical professional to join our team as a Technical Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful installation and administration of ERP applications.

This includes ensuring the system runs smoothly in production environments and meeting consistent quality requirements. Your expertise in technical administration will enable us to deliver high-quality solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • System Administration: Administer ERP systems in production environments to meet quality and timeline requirements.
  • Database Optimization: Manage database optimization, backups, and recovery to ensure data integrity.
  • Software Monitoring: Monitor software releases, support packs, and kernel upgrades to identify their impact on the application and users.
  • Troubleshooting: Perform troubleshooting at the ERP and database levels to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Knowledge Transfer: Train and transfer knowledge to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Qualifications

A B-Tech degree is required for this role. We also expect candidates to have relevant experience in SAP (APPS), SAP HANA, D&D, and SAP ABAP on HANA.

Skills and Qualifications

Primary Skills: SAP (APPS), SAP HANA, D&D, SAP ABAP on HANA. We also require a strong understanding of ERP systems and technical administration principles.
