Adobe Journey Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented specialist to lead the implementation and optimization of customer journeys using Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Campaign. This role is critical in delivering personalized, timely, and effective communications across email, push, and SMS channels.
This includes building and maintaining orchestrated journeys, implementing logic for real-time and scheduled delivery, managing and optimizing delivery across email, push notifications, and SMS, ensuring seamless integration and execution across all outbound communication channels, and experimenting with A/B testing and multivariate testing processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A minimum of 3-7+ years of proven experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Campaign (Standard or Classic).
- A strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks and campaign proofing.
- Familiarity with delivery monitoring tools and KPI tracking.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
