Job Title: Adobe AEP Implementation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions using Adobe Experience Platform, Analytics, Audience Manager, Data Workbench, and other related technologies.
  • Interface directly with internal stakeholders to address client requests, communicate status, and provide timely updates.
  • Understand, customize, and optimize the entire customer journey and data management process, incorporating data from 1st, 2nd, and 3rd party sources.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and metrics analysis to deliver actionable business intelligence to marketing teams.
  • Familiarize yourself with Adobe Analytics features, including variable mapping, tags, sCode, plug-ins, server call types, cookies, and Adobe Analytics variables.
  • Document solutions and train client staff and other team members on ongoing runtime analytics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, or prior experience in analytics development systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Audience Manager, Journey Optimizer, and related tools.
  • Adobe Experience Platform Developer or Architect Certification preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to balance changing workloads.
  • Excellent verbal communication and comprehension skills.
