Synopsis: We are seeking a seasoned marketing executive to lead our marketing efforts.


The ideal candidate will have over 14 years of experience in digital marketing and analytics, with a proven track record in B2B demand generation.


The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping our marketing strategy, focusing on positioning, messaging, digital marketing, customer acquisition, and more.


This role offers an entrepreneurial opportunity, granting substantial autonomy to lead the Marketing function and drive business operations within the overarching vision of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Position Altudo as a leading customer experience brand and refresh our brand.
  • Develop a market-leading demand generation function, with 70% of opportunities generated by marketing, aiming for a pipeline of $50 million.
  • Implement innovative marketing strategies like Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and new-generation AI.
  • Position yourself as a thought leader by speaking about digital marketing and customer experience to our clients at events such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and strategic planning sessions.
  • Craft demand generation strategies and organize events for Fortune 500 clients.

Requirements:

  • Over 14 years as a global marketing executive specializing in digital marketing and analytics.
  • Proven 5-year track record in B2B demand generation with expertise in driving demand.
  • Strong content creation skills tailored for target audiences.
  • Proficient in demand generation channels, including email, social media, and paid search.
  • Educator's mindset to meet audience information needs.
  • Experience marketing to the US market is essential.
  • Familiarity with sales automation (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (Eloqua, Marketo).

You will become a Digital Strategy Expert, building expertise in digital strategy by collaborating with leading brands and implementing innovative solutions.


You will connect with Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) to understand their challenges and foster strong relationships.


You will manage our Customer Advisory Board (CAB) of Fortune 500 CMOs, facilitating valuable discussions to guide our strategy.
