Job Opportunity:

A Site Reliability Engineer will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our digital systems. They will identify potential system issues, implement preventive measures, and boost system resilience.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reliability Engineering: Identify and address potential system issues to ensure seamless operation.
  • Automation: Build tools and scripts that eliminate manual effort and enable rapid deployments.
  • Problem-Solving: Participate in root cause analysis, drive corrective actions, and prioritize improvements.
  • Performance Optimization: Apply programming expertise to strengthen infrastructure and services.
  • Mentorship: Share knowledge with peers, champion best practices, and encourage innovation.
  • Continual Learning: Stay updated on new technologies, adapt quickly, and contribute to shaping the future of our IT systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience: 3–5 years in operations, DevOps, or software engineering, with expertise in troubleshooting, automation, and customer support.

Necessary Skills:

  • Proficiency in Java, Python, Bash, or similar programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience designing & maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong incident response & problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and drive innovation.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native platforms and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).

Required Expertise:

  • Java,
  • Monitoring/APM tools.

Prior Experience:

  • Azure Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, or Microsoft Cloud Certified – Professional DevOps Engineer.
  • Experience with AppDynamics, Splunk, or other monitoring/APM tools.
  • A passion for creating a culture of automation, resilience, and learning.
