About the Role:

As a data modeler, you will play a key role in developing and deploying predictive models using machine learning techniques.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop predictive models using machine learning algorithms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and success metrics.
  • Deploy models into production using best practices.
  • Build automated pipelines for model training, testing, monitoring, and retraining.
  • Optimize model performance and ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Monitor model drift and performance degradation.
  • Implement CI/CD practices for machine learning workflows.

Requirements:

  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
  • Experience with ML Ops tools/frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
  • Good understanding of data engineering concepts (ETL, data pipelines).
  • Hands-on with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for model deployment.
  • Strong background in statistics and machine learning algorithms.
  • Familiarity with version control (Git).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics.
  • Experience in handling large-scale data pipelines.
  • Exposure to feature stores and automated model monitoring.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
