Cloud Infrastructure Expert

This is a challenging role that requires designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure and services to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Distributed Storage Systems: Design, implement, and maintain distributed storage systems including Ceph, ZFS, and NFS for use across hybrid and cloud-native environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to storage, networking, and container orchestration systems.
  • Monitoring and Logging: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for infrastructure using tools like Prometheus.
  • Collaborate with development and SRE teams to ensure seamless CI/CD and infrastructure reliability.
  • On-Call Rotation: Participate in on-call rotation and incident response to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Document architectural decisions, standard operating procedures, and best practices.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
  • Proficient with Ceph (RADOS, RBD, CephFS) and ZFS administration.
  • Solid experience managing NFS servers and performance tuning.
  • Desired Qualifications: Preferred knowledge of Kubernetes internals, networking, and cluster lifecycle management.
  • Experience with container runtimes (Docker, containerd), Helm, etc.
  • Experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
