Job Summary

We are looking for a talented B2B Sales Representative to join our sales team at Foundit. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing business plans, and executing sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with potential corporate and HR companies to provide end-to-end talent platform/online recruitment solutions through inside sales.
  • Identify key stakeholders from talent acquisition/HR teams and build relationships to fulfill hiring needs.
  • Suspect and prospect leads through cold/warm calling methods and effective business email communication.
  • Understand and assess client requirements, share proposals/presentations, and customize solutions to meet client needs.

Requirements

  • Must have a graduate degree.
  • Should have 1-7 years of B2B field sales experience with hands-on experience in the entire sales cycle.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
  • A strong zeal for making a career in sales.
