Job Title:

Process Optimization Specialist

Location: Hyderabad, India.

We are seeking a skilled Process Optimization Specialist to lead the SAP Order-to-Cash Pre-Delivery process management. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with business stakeholders and design solutions that drive stability, usability, and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and understand processes.
  • Design and implement SAP solutions to optimize O2C Pre-Delivery processes.
  • Configure SAP document types, item categories, pricing conditions, access sequences, output determination, partner determination, and GATP processes.
  • Implement integration solutions with MM, FICO, PP, Vistex, Salesforce, Hybris, and third-party SAP modules.
  • Provide high-priority issue support and troubleshooting for AMS team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-7+ years of SAP O2C experience, including participation in multiple full life cycle implementations.
  • Experience in the life sciences/pharmaceuticals industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP HANA, Vistex, CRM, Hybris, and Salesforce is preferred.

  • Work closely with implementation partners to deploy, configure, or maintain integrated solutions in our IT landscape.
