Global Finance Process Lead

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and process management, with excellent analytical and communication skills. Key responsibilities include partnering with global process owners (GPOs) to design and update process maps, ensuring they are up-to-date and of high-quality.

Additionally, the candidate will lead NFCM and Finance Core integration, simplifying and synergizing both processes. They will drive Finance Core process automation, leveraging process mining tools and other innovative solutions to identify opportunities for control simplification and automation.

  • Partner with GPOs to ensure process maps are current and comprehensive.
  • Lead change management activities surrounding process enhancements, including coordinating training and providing timely communication around the process control environment.
  • Oversee expertise and information sharing, ensuring continuous communication of the latest process updates and best practices.
  • Drive continuous process control and Finance Core improvements, defining solutions and leading their implementation.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • University-level degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance.
  • 10+ years of experience in relevant finance roles or positions supporting global projects.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to understand complex situations, interdependencies, and challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders beyond the finance community.
