**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Category Manager to lead the growth of our sub-categories. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sales and margin growth while ensuring a world-class customer experience.

As a Category Manager, you will focus on building a strong selection and negotiating terms with suppliers. You will work closely with other members of the category management team to develop innovative promotions and site features that improve customer experience.

You will also be responsible for pricing and demand generation, as well as business planning and communication with senior management. Your ability to think strategically and tactically will be essential in driving growth and identifying opportunities for improvement.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in consumer-facing sectors such as Ecommerce, Retail, or FMCG.
  • Strong business judgment with a track record of successful negotiations and relationship management.
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven analytical thinking, project management skills, and exceptional organizational skills.
