The position of IT Infrastructure Manager is a key role in our organization, responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure. This includes defining and managing the IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes to ensure optimal performance, availability, security, and continuity.
This role works closely with various stakeholders to analyze business requirements, define IT infrastructure requirements, and develop solutions that meet those needs. The successful candidate will have experience in leading and managing large IT projects, rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies, and providing guidance to IT support specialists.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems. Experience with SAP-related systems such as S4/HANA, B1, R3, and expertise in data center management and data governance are highly desirable. Familiarity with ISO 27001, GDPR, and other IT compliance standards is also required.
As a key member of our team, the IT Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for managing local / regional technical operations of IT solutions, acting as a liaison between subsidiary business units and group business units and technical IT teams, and serving as a local IT Security Manager by completing system audits and assessments, building awareness around information technology security and protection, and implementing IT risk mitigation measures.
Responsibilities:- Define and manage the IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes.
- Develop and implement IT infrastructure plans to meet business objectives.
- Manage the purchasing, installation, and rollout processes for IT hardware and software.
- Responsible for the technical requirements for purchasing and service contracts for IT infrastructure.
- Manage local IT infrastructure to ensure operational performance, availability, security, and continuity.
- Propose and coordinate the deployment and maintenance of IT hardware and network solutions.
- Monitor performance of IT infrastructure and networks, and make recommendations for improvements.
- Analyze business requirements to define IT infrastructure requirements.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to internal IT.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a similar field.
- At least 7+ years of work experience in an international business environment in a comparable position.
- Experience with SAP-related systems such as S4/HANA, B1, R3.
- Proven working experience as an IT Manager or other relevant experience.
- Experience in leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
- Expertise in data center management and data governance.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, GDPR, and other IT compliance standards.
