Project Director

We are seeking a seasoned Project Director to lead our IT infrastructure projects.

About the Role:

As a Project Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and execution to delivery and evaluation. You will lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

  • Experience in managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects with complex requirements.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with key partners and sponsors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively communicate project status and risks to stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Asana.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in IT infrastructure project management, with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, including networking, storage, and security.
  • Expertise in project planning, scheduling, and budgeting, with ability to create detailed project schedules and resource allocation plans.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools, including MS Project, Primavera P6, and JIRA.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
