We are seeking a strategic and creative product marketing manager to define the positioning, launch, and adoption of our products in the market. This role requires connecting product, marketing, and sales teams to turn product features into clear customer value.
As a product marketing manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of product launches and feature rollouts. You will ensure alignment across product, marketing, and sales teams for flawless execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Own Product Marketing Strategy: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of product launches and feature rollouts.
- Create Powerful Messaging: Develop compelling product narratives and positioning that communicate our unique value to target audiences.
- Enable Sales Success: Build and maintain sales enablement tools and train sales and customer service teams to deliver winning conversations and fast conversions.
- Know the Market Inside Out: Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends, customer needs, and strategic opportunities.
- Collaborate on Campaigns & Content: Partner with demand generation and content teams to produce high-impact materials.
- Closely Work with Product Teams: Gather feedback, identify pain points, and enhance product-market fit.
- Monitor and Optimize Performance: Use data to refine messaging, channels, and tactics.
- Experience: 5-7 years in product marketing for SaaS or e-commerce products.
- Proven Success: Track record of leading successful go-to-market launches and shaping product positioning.
- Storytelling Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled at working with product, marketing, and sales teams to deliver unified strategies.
- Customer Focus: Ability to translate technical features into clear, customer-centric benefits.
