About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industry Liaison Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and organizations across various sectors. This role involves identifying internship and job placement opportunities suitable for our students based on their skills, interests, and career goals.

  • The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in campus placement in a University or Institution setting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners and organizations across various sectors.
  • Identify internship and job placement opportunities suitable for our students based on their skills, interests, and career goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in Academic, Admissions, and Student Welfare departments to understand student profiles and requirements, and tailor placement strategies accordingly.
  • Organize and coordinate campus recruitment drives and networking events to connect students with potential employers.
  • Organise corporate engagement activities, such as guest lectures, student trainings, conclaves, and workshops.
  • Track and monitor placement activities, maintain accurate records, and generate reports to assess placement progress and outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Post graduate from any stream.
  • Excellent communication skills (Spoken and written).
  • High Integrity.
  • 24*7 availability for important projects.
  • Knowledge of Industry demographics will be an advantage.
