Job Title: Liaison Manager

Role Summary:

We are looking for a Liaison Manager with extensive experience in handling statutory clearances and government approvals required for real estate development.

This role will be instrumental in ensuring all projects comply with local laws, development control rules, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all government and statutory approvals including, but not limited to:

- Building Plans (Sanction & Amendments)

- Fire NOC, Environmental Clearance

- MOEF, Aviation Clearance, Commencement Certificates (CC), and Occupancy Certificates (OC)

- RERA, PMC/PCMC/PMRDA-related approvals

- Coordinate with town planning and legal teams for due diligence and development permissions.

- Maintain regular communication with government bodies, local municipal offices, and development authorities.

- Maintain records of all permissions, renewals, correspondence, and timelines.

- Provide regulatory inputs to design, legal, and project teams at each stage of development.

- Monitor changes in building codes, development control regulations (DCR), and land laws.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Law / Urban Planning / Civil Engineering or related field

- Minimum 6 years of liaison experience in Pune real estate or infrastructure sector

- Strong understanding of local regulatory frameworks, PMRDA/PMC norms

- Excellent network with relevant government departments

- Ability to handle multiple projects and tight timelines

- Strong documentation and follow-up skills
