Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to manage employee time records, provide essential support through chat and phone channels, and serve as the first point of contact for employees, managers, and HR partners across multiple facilities.

This role is critical in streamlining time and attendance data entry, reducing payroll defects, and providing exceptional service. With thousands of associates relying on accurate and timely time and attendance management, speed, precision, and customer obsession are key priorities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving employee inquiries about time and attendance, maintaining accurate and timely data entry, documenting process gaps, and suggesting service improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve employee inquiries about time and attendance & HR queries through phone and chat support
  • Maintain accurate and timely data entry for attendance management
  • Document process gaps and suggest service improvements

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to initiatives that enhance services and maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction. You will report directly to the Time and Attendance Manager or designated Point of Contact.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should have a strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
