Microsoft 365 Technical Expert

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 technical expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality technical advice and support to our sales and project teams.
Your primary responsibilities will include leading on technical matters in client meetings, collaborating with customer technology staff and suppliers, and hands-on technical configuration and optimization of Microsoft 365 services.
Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating on-premises and legacy infrastructure, preparing for migration to Microsoft 365 cloud, undertaking technical GAP analysis, documenting findings, assessing and recommending solutions, producing high-quality technical documentation, including diagrams and technical baselines.
You will also work within defined change management processes, raising change requests, defining detailed implementation and test plans, and presenting changes at Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings. Furthermore, you will support project management in development of technical project plans.
To be successful in this role, you will require excellent technical skills across Azure Identity Services, Intune, Exchange Online, Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. You will also need strong analytical and documentation skills, as well as excellent PowerPoint skills.
In terms of qualifications and skills, you will need to have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, English level C1 or above, Microsoft 365 related certifications, and information protection & governance skills. Cloud application security, PowerShell scripting skills, application packaging skills, and on-premises and traditional infrastructure technologies will also be beneficial.
