ServiceNow Workflow Specialist – FMCG Domain

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Workflow Specialist to join our team in the FMCG domain. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of SKU creation workflows and expertise in designing, developing, and integrating workflows on ServiceNow with MDM platforms like Informatica and Stibo.

The role involves leading workflow lifecycle: design, testing, rollout, and support. You will be responsible for gathering business requirements and translating them into workflow solutions. Additionally, you will conduct workshops, training, and demos for business teams, ensuring that workflows meet performance, scalability, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement ServiceNow workflows for SKU creation and product data processes.
  • Integrate workflows with MDM platforms (Informatica MDM, Stibo STEP).
  • Support and enhance Skelta BPM workflows.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into workflow solutions.
  • Lead workflow lifecycle: design, testing, rollout, and support.
  • Conduct workshops, training, and demos for business teams.
  • Ensure workflows meet performance, scalability, and compliance standards.
Required Skills:
  • 6–8 years of workflow development and integration experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow workflow design.
  • Experience with FMCG domain (SKU lifecycle, product data management).
  • Integration knowledge with Informatica MDM and Stibo STEP.
  • Experience in Skelta BPM workflow design and support.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Knowledge of Data.World platform.
  • ServiceNow/MDM certifications.
  • Understanding of data governance and stewardship.
