Senior Statistical Programmer Role

The primary focus of this role is to apply statistical programming expertise to deliver high-quality data analysis and reporting for assigned projects.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough reviews of case report forms, annotated CRFs, database structures, and statistical analysis plans to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide expert statistical programming support for assigned studies, including the production and QC of analysis dataset specifications, analysis datasets, statistical analysis tables, data listings, figures, and statistical appendices.
  • Manage tasks effectively, providing timely updates to Study Lead Programmers and Project Managers on project status.
  • Identify, communicate, and manage study-based risks and issues to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for studies, adhering to SOPs and Work Instructions to guarantee traceability and regulatory compliance.
  • Contribute to the development of statistical programming standards and processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Ensure audit readiness and quality control for all assigned statistical programming deliverables, as well as the accuracy and reliability of statistical analysis results.
  • Adhere to ongoing learning and professional development in CDISC Therapeutic standards, GCP, and applicable ICH guidelines.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in statistical programming languages, such as SAS or R.
  • Thorough understanding of clinical trials, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
