Role Description

This is a
full-time, on-site
role for a
Senior Data Analyst
located in
Bengaluru
. The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to deliver actionable business insights. You will design and maintain data models, create impactful visualizations, and present findings to key stakeholders. The role requires strong analytical thinking, a deep understanding of data manipulation, and the ability to transform raw data into meaningful information for decision-making.
Candidates with strong analytical and critical thinking skills will be given preference.

Experience Required - 3-5 Years

Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Perform
    exploratory data analysis (EDA)
    to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Develop and maintain data models to support business analytics.
  • Design and build dashboards and visualizations in
    Tableau
    or
    Power BI
    .
  • Write and optimize
    SQL queries
    for data extraction and transformation.
  • Use
    Python
    for data processing, statistical analysis, and automation tasks.
  • Present clear and actionable insights to business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business units.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with security protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong
    analytical and critical thinking
    skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in
    Python
    and
    SQL
    for data analysis and manipulation.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Tableau
    or
    Power BI
    for data visualization.
  • Solid understanding of
    statistics
    and ability to apply statistical methods to data.
  • Experience with
    data modeling
    concepts and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data in a simple, business-friendly manner.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in
    Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science
    , or related field.

    and their application in analytics.
