Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a
Senior Data Analyst
to join our growing Data Science & Analytics team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and data, and who can drive impact through insights, reporting, and visualization.

What You'll Do

  • Define and drive the analytics strategy from ideation to full production.
  • Partner with product and business teams to solve complex problems with data.
  • Revamp event reporting and build holistic reporting suites covering the full customer journey.
  • Design, maintain, and optimize dashboards and analytics solutions.
  • Translate business needs into data stories that influence decisions.
  • Collaborate across Data Engineering, Product, and other teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Mentor and coach peers, promote best practices, and strengthen the analytics community.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics or a related field.
  • Strong expertise in data visualization, reporting, and storytelling with data.
  • Proficiency with SQL and at least one major data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Ability to translate complex problems into actionable insights.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to prioritize for impact.
  • Experience in building scalable, reproducible analytics solutions.
  • Subject-matter expertise in at least one area of Data Analytics (methodology or technology).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in product analytics and customer journey reporting.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques or experimentation.
  • Experience working in multi-product / large-scale digital platforms.
