About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team focused on building cloud-based solutions for the HR and CRM domain.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating business needs into clear and actionable requirements while ensuring adherence to industry standards and compliance measures.

You will work under the guidance of the Product Owner and collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to identify and resolve complex business problems with innovative software solutions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements through effective communication and documentation.
  • Analyze and document current processes, workflows, and business rules to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Create detailed specifications, functional documents, and test cases to support product development.
  • Work closely with product and development teams to translate requirements into technical solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Participate in design discussions and sprint planning to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of compliance and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support testing, validation, and training efforts related to new features or enhancements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with 1+ year of experience OR PhD with no prior experience OR Equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of business analysis experience in payroll, HCM, or related services.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex systems and technologies.
  • Proven ability to prioritize, organize, and document work efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in preparing documentation and test cases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently on assigned tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Nice to Have
  • Prior experience working with US-based product teams and collaborating with global stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and their application in software development.
  • Experience working in startup environments or with early-stage product development and its challenges.
