Your Role:- Create user-centric content for onboarding and learning experiences that align with our product vision.
- Partner with UX designers, product managers, and developers to integrate content seamlessly into product experiences.
- Contribute to product content strategy to build out foundations for consistent content experiences.
Our ideal candidate has:
- A holistic understanding of content's role in the customer experience.
- Experience using design tools like Figma, Ditto, WalkMe, and Pendo to scale content strategy.
- A strong understanding of brand identity and tone guidelines.
- A passion for innovation and desire to push boundaries of content design.
