The Role of Relationship Officer is a challenging and dynamic position that requires strong business acumen, team management skills, communication skills, and execution skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Differentiated Operational Delivery: Deliver on operational plan in the assigned coverage area considering local factors, channel dynamics, and consumer preferences that can withstand competitive pressures.
- Business Growth: Grow the business while remaining cognizant of competitive realities in market linked product, market average IRR, processing fee levels.
- Market Share Expansion: Originate and increase market share in assigned coverage area against stiff competition, overcoming better established networks, price undercutting, etc.
- Graduate with minimum 2-4 years of total sales experience in Banking/NBFC space, of which at least recent 1 year experience should be in Micro affordable loan sales.
- Critical skill sets required to meet these challenges include business acumen, team management skills, communication skills, execution skills, product-market understanding.
