We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team in the field of auditing and taxation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in statutory audits, internal audit, and taxation, with experience in conducting audits for corporate entities and preparing financial statements as per Schedule III of the Companies Act under IGAP and Ind AS.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting internal audits across various functions and industries
  • Drafting and finalizing audit reports with clear findings and recommendations
  • Preparing and updating RCM (Risk Control Matrices) and SOPs
  • Evaluating internal controls, identifying control gaps, and suggesting improvements
  • Liaising with clients and cross-functional teams for audit planning and execution
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory and internal standards
  • Following up on action plans and monitoring remediation status

The ideal candidate should have good hands-on experience with advanced Excel and PPT, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
