Job Title: Accounts Management Executive

Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Management Executive to lead our financial operations. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day activities of the finance and accounts team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing short-term and long-term funding requirements, evaluating financing options, and preparing proposals.
  • This position also involves maintaining relationships with banking partners, managing working capital facilities, and optimizing fund utilization across accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Fund Raising & Financial Strategy:
  • Financial Planning:
  • Identify and manage funding requirements.
  • Evaluate financing options and prepare proposals.
  • Monitor interest rates and advise on optimal borrowing strategies.
  1. Banking & Treasury Operations:
  • Treasury Management:
  • Maintain interactions with banking partners.
  • Manage working capital facilities, bank reconciliations, and treasury operations.
  • Optimize fund utilization across accounts and ensure adequate liquidity.
  1. Accounts & Financial Reporting:
  • Financial Statement Preparation:
  • Oversee timely preparation of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual closure of books of accounts.
  • Coordinate with auditors and ensure completion of statutory and internal audits.
  1. Budgeting & Forecasting:
  • Financial Analysis:
  • Prepare annual budgets and monitor variances.
  • Analyse cost structures and recommend cost optimization strategies.
  1. Compliance & Regulatory Filings:
  • Regulatory Compliance:
  • Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC returns.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax and accounting regulations and ensure organizational compliance.
  1. Internal Controls & Risk Management:
  • Risk Management:
  • Implement and monitor robust internal controls and financial processes.
  • Mitigate financial risks through regular monitoring, checks, and compliance practices.
  1. Team Management & Development:
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team.
  • Allocate tasks, conduct performance reviews, and promote skill development within the team.
  1. Vendor & Receivables Management:
  • Cash Flow Management:
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Ensure timely payments to vendors and effective follow-up on receivables.
  1. MIS & Management Support:
  • Business Intelligence:
  • Prepare and present timely management information reports.
  • Support senior management with financial insights and data-driven recommendations.
  1. Claims Management:
  • Claims Processing:
  • Manage and process insurance claims, vendor claims, and employee reimbursements.
  • Ensure proper documentation, tracking, and timely resolution of all claims.
