Internal Audit Role

We are seeking a skilled Internal Audit professional to join our organization. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the integrity and reliability of our business operations.

  1. Conduct thorough audits of central functions and branches to identify key risk areas.
  2. Evaluate processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Engage with stakeholders to discuss observations and finalize audit reports.
  4. Analyze risk levels and draft comprehensive reports that highlight findings and recommendations.
  5. Collaborate with audited parties to resolve discrepancies and ensure audit completion as per schedule.
  6. Maintain ongoing monitoring of audit issues and escalate deviations to senior management for timely resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CIA.
  • Proven experience in internal auditing, with a focus on risk assessment and process improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
