We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the planning and execution of CRM campaigns across various categories. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing and possess hands-on knowledge of CRM and attribution tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Planning: Develop and execute the CRM campaign calendar, driving business growth through targeted initiatives
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily tasks and collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient operations
  • Customer Journey Optimization: Craft customer journeys across multiple touchpoints, enhancing the overall user experience
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, category, product, and analytics teams to drive campaign success
  • Data Analysis: Build and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance, providing actionable insights for future strategies
  • Vendor Relationship Management: Manage vendor relationships for CRM platforms, staying up-to-date on new feature rollouts and resolving operational issues in a timely manner

The successful candidate will be a highly analytical individual with a strong grasp of segmentation, personalization, and journey mapping. They should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment.

Requirements:
  • CRM Experience: 3–5 years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience in consumer tech or e-commerce
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and A/B testing
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
