Job Title: Email Marketing Specialist

The ideal candidate will support the Martech team in executing end-to-end campaigns, including managing existing and new campaign setups, data selection, campaign rollout, and results tabulation.

  • Key responsibilities include developing insights from complex data sets, communicating those insights internally and to clients, and using SQL queries to define target audiences for different campaigns.
  • Ongoing tasks involve optimizing email campaigns across platforms, collaborating with the wider team to ensure optimal allocation, compiling performance reports, ensuring data integrity and accuracy, and providing actionable insights.

Requirements for the position include 4+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing email campaigns using Oracle Responsys, as well as hands-on experience with Oracle Unity CDP implementation and development of business intelligence reports using Oracle Infinity IQ.

  • The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, willing to work closely within email teams and cross-channel with experts in digital marketing departments, accounts management, planning, creative, and more.
  • Able to problem-solve, prioritize tasks, multitask, and manage time effectively, detail-oriented with an analytical approach to achieving objectives, and exceptional communication skills both written and presentation.
