Campaign Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Campaign Manager to lead the execution and management of multi-channel campaigns. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in campaign execution and management, with a strong background in email marketing best practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying campaigns that effectively reach our target audience. This includes creating customer segments using data models and query capabilities, leveraging behavioral, transactional, and demographic data to build targeted lists, and managing suppression, seed lists, and compliance with opt-in/opt-out rules.

The Campaign Manager will work closely with creative teams to build responsive, personalized email templates that captivate our audience. Additionally, they will monitor campaign performance, provide actionable insights for optimization, and conduct A/B testing and generate campaign reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in campaign execution and management.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing best practices (deliverability, compliance, CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Experience with SQL and JavaScript for segmentation and audience building.
  • Familiarity with campaign workflows, typologies, schemas, personalization, and message templates.
  • Understanding of data flows, customer journeys, and campaign automation.
  • Familiarity with multi-channel orchestration (Email, SMS, Push, Direct Mail).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with reporting & campaign optimization.
  • Ability to collaborate with marketing, data, and technology teams.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for email template troubleshooting.
