We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our operations in India.

About the Role

  • Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and operational leadership to multiple centers, focusing on enrollment and placements.
  • Program Management & Coordination: Oversee coordination and execution of programs across the cluster, ensuring alignment with beneficiary needs and organizational goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal stakeholders for operational requirements, cultivate relationships with community partners, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • People Management: Train and mentor center managers and support staff, foster a positive work culture, and promote professional development and teamwork.
  • Resource Management: Manage budgetary resources effectively, monitor resource allocation, and manage project budgets.
  • Documentation, Compliance & Quality Assurance: Prepare regular reports, maintain documentation, ensure compliance, and implement quality assurance measures.

Requirements

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline
  • 7+ years of experience in skill development CSR projects
  • Good experience in operations and team management skills
