Job Title: Senior Leasing Professional

This senior role entails acting as a facilitator for all leasing-related activities, overseeing site visits, negotiations, documentation, coordination, and administration.

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the leasing team in accordance with organizational policies and standards.
  • Review and negotiate lease transactions and agreements.
  • Oversee completion of all necessary paperwork and ensure high-quality customer service.
  • Maintain market trend awareness to develop strategies for improved efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lease Transaction Management: Oversee lease transactions from inception to close, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.
  • Negotiation and Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders through effective negotiation and communication skills.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree: Business Administration or related field.
  • Years of Experience: 3-5 years in leasing operations or a related field.
  • Skillset: Strong negotiation and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
