We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst/Team Leader/Asset Manager to join our organization. This is a great opportunity for someone with 6+ years of experience in Asset Management Analysis.

Key aspects of the role include advanced Excel skills, strong accounting knowledge, and analytical mindset.

The ideal candidate will be able to evaluate asset performance, identify key trends, and synthesize findings into actionable insights. They will also have strong project management skills, including coordinating timelines, managing deliverables, and tracking progress.

Furthermore, we are looking for a collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally with property managers, leasing teams, finance, and ownership.

  • Advanced Excel Proficiency: We require advanced Excel skills, including modeling, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong Accounting Knowledge: The successful candidate will have strong accounting knowledge, including the ability to read, interpret, and analyze property-level and portfolio-level financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • Analytical Mindset: An analytical mindset with a proactive approach to evaluating asset performance vs. budget and historical benchmarks, identifying key trends, anomalies, and KPIs across financial statements, synthesizing findings into actionable insights for the asset management team.
  • Critical Thinking and Communication Skills: Critical thinker who actively questions assumptions, seeks clarity, and works independently to uncover causes and performance drivers with the help of operations and accounting, clear communicator who can relay financial insights and operational observations to the team lead in a structured and concise manner.
  • Project Management Skills: Project management skills, including the ability to coordinate timelines, manage deliverables, and track progress across multiple projects and deadlines, organized, detail-oriented, and accountable.
  • Collaborative Attitude: Collaborative attitude, comfortable working cross-functionally with property managers, leasing teams, finance, and ownership, experience with Yardi / StarRez, is a plus.
