Job Title: Business Operations Specialist

A seasoned Business Operations Specialist is required to work with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) 12.2.x, specifically in the Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain modules.

The ideal candidate will have experience in end-to-end business process analysis, requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution delivery within the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) 12.2.x environment.

The selected professional will collaborate with stakeholders across finance, manufacturing, and supply chain to gather and document business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Specializing in Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain modules.
  • Conducting functional configurations and coordinating with technical teams for custom solutions, reports, and interfaces.
  • Developing test plans, test scripts, conducting functional, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Performing data mapping, data migration, and master data management activities for smooth implementations and upgrades.
  • Troubleshooting issues in Oracle EBS modules and providing functional support to users.
  • Leading upgrade or implementation projects for EBS 12.2.x across Finance, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain business streams.
