About the Role
  • Develop and participate in solution architecture discussions to drive scalability and best practices for Salesforce implementation and integration.
  • Prioritize and oversee governance reviews to ensure adherence to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-performance Salesforce-based solutions that meet complex business requirements.
  • Drive architectural best practices and deliver an integrated Customer 360° view.
  • Cultivate expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, integrations, and emerging technologies like Agentic AI and CRM Analytics.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with a strong track record in solution/enterprise architecture.
  • Expertise in optimizing enterprise customer Salesforce orgs using advanced flows.
  • Experience with Salesforce migrations and systems integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modeling, and performance tuning.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts.
