Global Strategic Lead

Overview:

This role involves providing visionary leadership to drive the organisation's international presence and influence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a comprehensive international strategy to enhance the organisation's global economic influence.
  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with foreign governments, multilateral organisations, and global chambers to advance trade and investment opportunities.
  • Develop and execute programmes for market access, investment facilitation, and international business cooperation to deliver tangible outcomes for the organisation.
  • Ensure global engagements align with national priorities and reinforce domestic economic objectives.
  • Identify and develop revenue streams through collaborations, sponsorships, and projects to ensure financial sustainability of international initiatives.

Requirements:

Education & Relevant Experience:

A Master's degree in international relations, public policy, economics, or a related field is required. A PhD or equivalent international policy experience is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have a total of 25-30 years of progressive leadership experience in trade, diplomacy, global economic policy, or senior roles in government/industry bodies with extensive international exposure.
