Junior Football Coach Position

About this role:

We are seeking a skilled football coach to deliver training sessions and mentor young players. Our coaching methodology focuses on technical skills, teamwork, and core values of discipline and respect.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement engaging training programs for players aged 5–18.
  • Mentor players in technical, tactical, physical, and psychological aspects of the game.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that promotes teamwork and respect.
  • Provide constructive feedback to players and parents on their progress.
Requirements:
  • AFC 'C' License or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in professional or grassroots football coaching.
  • Excellent communication skills, including English and local languages.
  • Prior experience in youth development and grassroots football initiatives.
