Job Title

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients through accurate, efficient and respectful interactions on every call, as measured by various performance metrics.

  • You must always strive for excellent customer satisfaction and experience, ensuring that all calls are handled professionally according to established quality guidelines.
  • You will meet and exceed client-set key performance indicators (KPIs), while consistently improving your performance based on a continuous improvement model.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of login and password information, both internal and external, and participate in all mandated trainings and/or seminars.
  • Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures, as well as functional area requirements, and provide feedback to management concerning potential problems or areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • We are seeking an individual who is willing to work flexible schedules, has experience with phone, email, and live chat support, and possesses strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A strong background in RCA, dashboard preparation, and knowledge of 7QC tools, coaching, feedback, corrective actions, and preventative measures is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on issue resolution and customer satisfaction, are essential. Ability to multitask, work independently, and contribute to cross-functional teams is also required.
  • The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to adapt quickly to changing processes and information, and can work under pressure.
