**HopeQure Internship Opportunity**

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support the smooth functioning of our digital healthcare ecosystem.

As an Operations Intern, you will assist with day-to-day operational tasks, support project management activities, contribute to data analysis and process optimization, provide operational support to sales and marketing initiatives, help streamline communication channels between teams and clients, participate in report preparation, documentation, and compliance checks, and ensure smooth execution of service delivery and customer support processes.

Successful interns may be offered full-time job opportunities after completion of the internship, based on performance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist with day-to-day operational tasks across business functions.
  • Support project management activities by coordinating with internal teams.
  • Contribute to data analysis and process optimization for efficiency improvements.
  • Provide operational support to sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Help streamline communication channels between teams and clients.
  • Participate in report preparation, documentation, and compliance checks.
  • Ensure smooth execution of service delivery and customer support processes.

**Requirements:**

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of operations, sales, or project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Docs, Sheets, Presentations).
  • Knowledge of CRM tools or project management software (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Educational Requirement: Pursuing or completed Bachelor's / Master's in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Management, or related fields.
  • Prior internship or work experience in operations or related fields is an added advantage.
