This role offers a vital opportunity for someone with an analytical mindset to drive sustainable growth while ensuring operational risk frameworks are aligned and effective.

  • Identify, assess, document, and review risks in our Private Bank to guarantee optimal performance.
  • Design, implement, and test controls to mitigate potential threats and maintain a secure environment.
  • Develop and test key procedures to ensure seamless execution and adaptability.
  • Create and review key risk indicators to monitor performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Register risk events, manage, and deliver risk incident reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • A 2:1 degree from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in operational risk management in financial services.
  • Experience in private banking or wealth management is essential.
  • Proven track record of implementing and testing risk identification, monitoring, and controls.
  • Ability to interpret and organise complex data effectively.
  • Successful examples of achieving awards or recognition in academic, professional, or sporting fields.
  • Capacity to assume responsibilities quickly and efficiently.
  • An organised and methodical approach to tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
