Job Opportunity

A skilled Data Engineer with expertise in data modeling is sought to design and implement advanced data models for analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in hybrid data environments, relational database technologies, and ETL tools.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop sophisticated data models for analytics services using Entity-Relational, Data Vault, and Dimensional Data Modeling techniques.
  • Create and maintain large-scale data capture and transformation processes using Informatica Analyst and other profiling tools.
  • Recommend optimal modeling approaches to clients based on their requirements and target architectures.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data owners, business analysts, and architects to design and develop next-generation data platforms.
  • Serve as the principal designer and reviewer for new data models, making key architectural decisions.

Required Expertise

  • 10+ years of experience with hybrid data environments leveraging distributed and relational database technologies (Oracle, IBM DB2, GCP).
  • Thorough understanding of data warehousing principles, architecture, and implementation in complex environments.
  • Excellent data analysis skills and good experience in OLTP and OLAP systems.
  • Familiarity with one or more ETL tools and data ingestion frameworks.
