
Enterprise Account Strategist

Key responsibilities include managing renewals and account expansion, building upon existing customer campaigns to drive product adoption, onboarding new customers and conducting tool trainings, being the point of contact for any customer queries or concerns, and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders from customer companies. The goal is to own and improve customer satisfaction metrics and collect testimonials, lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and regular check-ins with clients, review product usage and satisfaction, collect customer feedback to guide continuous product and service improvement, work closely with the Product team to document and improve product usage metrics, and lead ideation and implementation of customer success initiatives.
