Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Concrete Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete technology and be able to conduct site-level admixture formulations, test formulations for desired parameters, and provide technical assistance to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site level admixture formulations to meet the performance requirements of client specifications.
  • Test the above formulations for the desired test parameters at project sites.
  • Assist ASM/TSM in converting prospect business into valued customer.

Technical Expertise:

  • Formulate specialized concrete designs like self-compacting concrete, precast concrete, mass concrete etc.
  • Provide technical assistance pre and post sales at project sites related to Admixtures products.
  • Undertake on-site sampling for Admixture products to build customer confidence.

Business Development:

  • Build long-term relationships with stakeholders through on-site assistance.
  • Develop relationship with QA/QC In-charge, Project Managers, end-user clients to generate business.

Market Intelligence:

  • Collect and analyze samples of competition products to drive improvements in our products.
  • Assist Marketing function in conducting product trials and building inferences in the market.
  • Identify non-BPIL business stakeholders and take measures to convert to BPIL account through product demonstration initiatives.
  • Coordinate with R&D function for new product development based on feedback of product trends in the market.
