Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team in the capacity of Concrete Technologist.

  • This role will involve formulating specialized concrete designs, conducting site-level admixture formulations, and testing products for desired test parameters.
  • You will provide technical assistance pre and post sales at project sites related to Admixtures products, undertake on-site sampling, and build customer confidence.

About the Role:

  • This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build long-term relationships with stakeholders, including end-user clients and project managers.
  • You will work closely with the R&D function to drive improvements in products based on market trends and feedback from customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site-level admixture formulations to meet client specifications.
  • Test formulations for desired test parameters at project sites.
  • Assist in converting prospect business into valued customers.
  • Formulate specialized concrete designs, such as self-compacting concrete and precast concrete.
  • Provide technical assistance pre and post sales at project sites.
  • Undertake on-site sampling for Admixture products to build customer confidence.
  • Build long-term relationships with stakeholders through on-site assistance.
  • Collect and analyze samples of competition products to drive improvements in our products.
  • Assist in conducting product trials and building inferences in the market.
  • Identify non-BPIL business stakeholders and take measures to convert them to BPIL accounts through product demonstration initiatives.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Admixtures products and their applications.
